How To Play
The Orion Project is like chess but with gigantic, stylized warmachines. Outmaneuver enemy forces, scavenge fallen mechs, and unlock devastating new upgrades.
- AWSD — Pan camera
- Mouse Scroll — Zoom camera
- C — Center camera
- Left Mouse — Select unit, select action, execute action
- Right Mouse — Deselect unit, deselect grid square
- Escape — pause and unpause
Rules
- Each mech has four parts: Base, Torso, and two Weapons, which you can mix and match freely.
- Defeated enemies can be scavenged, unlocking new parts.
- Base parts come in Ground, Hover, and Air types, each with their own strengths and weaknesses.
- Many actions in the game generate heat, and if your unit’s heat bar maxes out, it will explode.
